Shotoku Taishi

Shotoku-taishi-do Hall. 

Shotoku Taishi (Imperial Regent of Japan in Early 7th Century) introduced Buddhism in JAPAN. It was erected in 1992. The image of Shotoku Taishi , worshipped as a father of Japanese Buddhism, is now enshrined.
